I’m all for self-improvement, whether that’s through swimming and running that I picked up in the past year or travelling and opening my mind to new ideas and ways of life!
I love being around my nieces and nephews, they remind me to ensure I never stop having fun.
There’s also something special about being the favourite aunt (not a self-proclaimed title, I promise).
Dystopian novels – 1984, Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451 to name a few.
Several of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s writings, most obvious The Great Gatsby.
My most recent read is The Forty Rules of Love by Elif Shafak, which delves into the friendship and teachings of famous Sufi’s; Shamz Tabrizi and Rumi.
