Tobii Technology, the global leader in eye tracking and gaze interaction,
has been selected as one of the most innovative companies in Europe
and will represent Sweden in the European Business Award 2012/2013.

The European Business Awards has announced today that Tobii Technology is to
represent Sweden as a national finalist in the prestigious 2012/13 awards program in
The UKTI Award for Innovation category. Tobii was selected as one of 15 national
finalists and will now compete for european champion status in the next round of the
competition. Final category award winners will be unveiled in April 2013.

The European Business Awards has identified some of Europe’s best businesses based
on the organization’s ability to demonstrate three core principles at the heart of the
awards program: innovation, business excellence and sustainability.

“We are extremely honored to receive this prestigious recognition,” said Henrik
Eskilsson, CEO of Tobii Technology. “As the global leaders in eye tracking technology
for the last decade, Tobii is proud to be representing Sweden in this important awards
program, and we look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of innovation to bring
the benefits of eye tracking to advance computers, evolve industries and improve the
quality of life for people around the world.”

The European Business Awards is dedicated to raising the visibility of companies who
excel in delivering innovation through a successful businness operation that acts
responsibly and positively affects the social environment in which it operates. The 2011
European Business Awards showcased organizations that collectively employ more
than 2.7 million people across the continent with a combined revenue of €1 trillion Euros.

“Over the past six years we’ve received an incredibly high standard of entries from
organizations that are passionate about their business. However, very few get the
chance to fly the flag for their country and compete across Europe to be recognized as
one of Europe’s leading companies. It really is an exceptional accolade to be picked as a
national finalist, and together with our sponsors and supporters we’re looking forward to
seeing Tobii in the next round,” said Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Businessm Awards.
