Assia Grazioli-Venier is a media executive and advisor to high-growth tech startups, entertainment companies and venture capital firms
A sought after digital media strategist and consultant to international and leaders, Assia is on the board of directors of Italy’s legendary Juventus Football Club. Appointed in 2012, she is the first female and youngest board member to serve in such a role in the 120-year history of the club. Assia is also director of special projects at Spotify where she oversees global strategic initiatives, which includes creating content and strategic partnerships that enhance the Spotify-user experience.
In 2009, Assia founded and served as CEO of Flypaper, a new media and management consultancy representing a select group of artists and connecting them with technology companies, media and fashion brands to create digital content. Prior to launching Flypaper, she created and led Ministry of Sound TV and Radio. Earlier in her career, Assia helped pioneer made-for-mobile content through her work at Inventa, a UK-based company owned by Buongiorno.
Assia has a BA with Honors from Barnard College, Columbia University in the City of New York, and completed the London Business School’s Emerging Leaders Programme. She is passionate about supporting young entrepreneurs and serves as an Endeavor Entrepreneur Mentor.
She currently lives in Los Angeles is training for her fourth marathon, in the North Pole in April 2016.
